The Realistic Success Recovery Society is a non-profit charitable society based in Surrey, British Columbia. The Society operates bed-based recovery homes registered by the BC Ministry of Health’s Assisted Living Registry. We provide people suffering from the diseases of alcoholism and drug addiction the opportunity for recovery. Our structured, supportive environment facilitates the mental, emotional, and spiritual development of residents through group counselling, one/one counselling and the twelve-step program of recovery. The diseases of alcoholism and drug addiction destroy individuals and families, ripping at the very fabric of our society. Their effects are apparent in our health and welfare systems, on our streets, in our schools, in jail, and in our own homes. Our purpose is to provide a respectful environment for alcoholics and drug addicts who seek to recover from this debilitating disease. Founded on the belief that recovery does not happen “all alone”, we offer our residents an opportunity to take the first difficult steps of recovery with other like-minded individuals by providing an alcohol and drug-free residential environment. For many residents, this is their first adult contact with a drug and alcohol-free way of living. Trilogy Houses are shared common areas and shared sleeping rooms. We encourage residents to remain in the program for at least 12 months giving them the necessary time to change. To rebuild relationships, renew employment opportunities and help them develop the support networks to live a clean and sober independent life.
